Group 4 Project
The Eco Village
During the Group 4 project, a group of enthusiastic students worked throughout a full day, non stop on how to transform our COLLEGE (together with the Rehabilitation center) into an ECO-VILLAGE. Becoming an educational Eco-Village is in College's strategic plan of development, so the students were particularly motivated by the fact that some of their ideas might come true, one day. At the end of the day, the students, all together, produced a mock-up of the college and rehab area, showing additional energy, food producing and waste-recycling facilities, necessary for a sustainable community and they supported this by a textual summary. We all had a lot of fun and everybody, including the teacher, learned a lot.
